General
How big are your groups?
Up to six guests per van. Most days run with two to four guests, which keeps timing flexible at every stop. Can I book one day, or do I have to take all three?
Either. Each day is sold standalone. Booked together, Day 02 ends in Oslob so Day 03 can leave at first light without an extra transfer. How do I pay?
We confirm by inquiry, then take payment in cash on the morning of the tour, or via bank transfer / GCash in advance - whichever is easier for you. No deposit is required at this stage. What happens if it rains?
City and heritage stops run rain or shine. Water activities (canyoneering, snorkel, whale sharks) cancel for genuine safety reasons - flash flood risk in Kawasan, rough seas in the strait. We refund the affected portion and substitute a nearby stop the same day.Do you cover dietary restrictions?
Yes - tell us in your inquiry and your guide will steer the lunch stops accordingly. Vegetarian, halal, no-pork, gluten-free are all routine on this island.Where do you pick up from?
Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Cebu City hotels, Mactan Island resorts, Lapu-Lapu hotels. If your hotel is outside these zones, ask anyway - we usually find a way.
Day 01
Cebu City
Can the order of stops be changed?
Yes - we'll re-sequence around your check-in time, lunch preference, and which sites you most want to see. Just tell us in your inquiry. Is the tour wheelchair friendly?
Most stops are accessible from the vehicle; a few (Tops, Temple of Leah) have stairs. Let us know in advance and we'll plan around it.Do you stop for lunch?
Yes - usually mid-day in the city or up in Busay. Your guide will recommend two or three options at different price points; you order and pay directly. Are entry fees included?
Yes - every site entry fee on the itinerary is bundled into your quote. Your driver-guide pays at each gate for the whole group, so you walk straight in instead of queuing for tickets. The only cash you need on the day is for lunch, tips, and souvenirs.
Day 02
Moalboal & Badian
I can't swim - is this still doable?
Snorkeling parts: yes, you'll wear a vest and stay near the boat. Canyoneering: you must be willing to be in moving water with a vest. If you're nervous, tell us before booking and we'll talk through it.Can we skip the cliff jumps in canyoneering?
Always. Every jump has a path around it. The guides will never push. Why such an early pickup?
The drive to Moalboal is roughly three hours. Starting at 4 AM puts us in the water before the day-trip crowds and gives the canyon enough daylight afterward. What if it rains?
Snorkeling continues unless seas are unsafe. Canyoneering is suspended after heavy rain because of flash-flood risk - if that happens we'll re-route to alternative falls and refund the canyoneering portion. Are the snorkeling and canyoneering fees included?
Yes - the snorkeling boat package and the Kawasan canyoneering activity fee are both bundled into your quote. Your driver-guide settles them at the gate for the group. Cash on the day is only for lunch, tips, and camera rental.
Day 03
Oslob & Sibonga
Is the whale shark encounter ethical?
It's the long-running debate. Locally, the practice is regulated - feeding is monitored, contact is forbidden, and breaches are fined. Internationally, conservation groups raise concerns about behavioural change in the sharks. We follow every rule and brief guests honestly so you can decide for yourself. Can I skip the whale sharks and still do the rest?
Yes - a different pickup time is possible. Tell us when you inquire. How long do we get with the whale sharks?
Roughly 30 minutes in the water once your boat is on the line. Sightings are not guaranteed but are very reliable in this area.Sumilon - is the sandbar always there?
It moves with the tide. We'll time the visit for when it's exposed; some days it's a long crescent, other days a small island. Are the whale shark and Sumilon fees included?
Yes - the whale shark marine sanctuary fee, the Sumilon Island boat and entrance, and the Tumalog habal-habal transfer are all bundled into your quote. Your driver-guide settles them on arrival so you walk straight in. Cash on the day is only for lunch, tips, and camera rental.
